Shipping policy

We currently ship to USA, UK and Canada, and are working hard to expand our shipping internationally so everyone can enjoy using our products.

All shipping costs will be calculated during the Checkout process. Simply add your items to your cart and fill out your shipping details and the costs will be displayed.

Currently, the following estimated shipping times apply:

Standard Shipping 3-5 working days
Expedited Shipping* 2-3 working days
Priority Shipping* 1 working day

*IMPORTANT - Priority and Expedited orders will be shipped the following working day if the order is placed after 12pm ET. Unfortunately we cannot currently provide Expedited Shipping to P.O boxes.

We always strive to provide the best experience possible for our customers, however we know that on occasion there may be issues with shipping that are simply out of our control. Below are our policies regarding these rare situations but please rest assured that we will do everything in our power to ensure that your shopping experience with us is as easy and smooth as possible.

DELAYED PACKAGES

Please note, after your package has left our facility with the carrier we are not responsible for any delays on delivery. If your order is delayed, please either check with the relevant carrier or contact us and we will investigate for you.

LOST ORDERS / INCORRECT ADDRESS

CICI Lash is not responsible for any lost, stolen or misplaced packages. If your package returns to us due to incorrect/insufficient address you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Please contact us within 30 days if your order has not been received. You may have to file a claim with the carrier, and we will do our best to provide compensation for the loss.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If one of the items in your order is out of stock after your purchase, we will ship the in-stock items immediately and notify you of the out of stock item. We can ship the out of stock item to you separately at no additional cost as soon as it is restocked, or provide a refund for the items.

DAMAGED / MISSING MERCHANDISE

Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. If you believe that an item is damaged or missing, please contact us as soon as possible.

It may be necessary for us to contact the courier company for damage inspection and to open a claim. All original packing materials must be kept for claim purposes.

We reserve the right to either replace the item or offer an in-store credit towards other products. Returns will not be accepted without prior consent from customer service.

CANCELLATIONS

All orders can be cancelled without penalty up until it has been packaged - once packaged a 15% re-stocking fee may apply. Once shipped an order cannot be cancelled or retrieved.
