What is the shelf life of unopened adhesives?
The shelf life of an unopened bottle is up to 6 months. Be sure to store your unopened bottles in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
Should I store glue in the fridge?
Store unopened adhesive bottles in the refrigerator, NEVER the freezer.
If you store your glue in the fridge, bring it to room temperature for at least 1 hours before using it.
After opening for the first time, don't return your glue to the fridge - temperature and humidity fluctuations aren't good for it. Simply place the opened bottle back in its pouch with some silica gel, seal it, and keep it in a cool area, away from sunlight or other sources of heat.
Why do you only sell 5ml glue bottles?
Because the shelf life of our adhesives is 5-7 weeks after the bottle has been opened, we believe that it's best practice to sell smaller bottles in order to provide the most consistent products to our customers.
Can your adhesives be used for self application?
NO! Our adhesives are designed specifically for professional use. This means they should only be handled by lash artists who have undergone appropriate training and, where required, hold a valid license to carry out eyelash extension procedures on their clients. The use of these adhesives for do-it-yourself or self-application is firmly discouraged and could result in serious reactions or irritations.
Can your glue be used for cluster or strip lashes?
NO! Our adhesives are solely meant for professional use. That is, they are to be used by licensed lash artists exclusively for the purpose of eyelash extension application on their clients. Any form of self-application or usage with strip or cluster lashes is strictly not permitted.
How should I prep the lashes before using your glue?
To prepare the lashes before using our glue, it's vital to start with clean lashes as it significantly improves retention. Here's what you can do: begin by applying our lash shampoo which is designed to effectively remove makeup, dust, and other impurities from your lashes. Follow this up with our specially formulated primer which acts as a final degreasing step, eliminating any leftover sebum. This process ensures your natural lashes are impeccably clean and primed, providing the perfect surface for our adhesive to work its magic.

Using a nanomister can be a game-changer when applying CICI Lash glue. It fast cures the glue without causing shock-curing - that's when the glue might turn whitish and brittle, especially if washed within 24 hours, which is something we want to avoid without nanomisting. The nanomister really shines in humid climates or during rainy seasons. Plus, as an added bonus, once fast-cured, the glue stops producing fumes, which can be a relief for sensitive clients because without misting, complete drying can take up to 24 hours. While nanomisting is beneficial and can improve the lash application process, it's up to each lash technician to decide whether or not to incorporate it into their routine.

Can I return my items?
Due to the nature of our products, we will only accept returns if your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If this is the case, please message via the contact us form and we will send you further details on how you can return your product.
